what are my expectations about college?

what i believe will actually happen in the initial eight to ten weeks of the semester are will i stay focused and not let work interefere with my school work, will i actually achieve my goals and actually be someone with a descent career on day i wonder if i would be socializing with many different people making new friends , maybe i just have to take day by day and see what will really happen then
